Course Overview
PC Hardware Repair & Support is designed for learners who want real, hands-on capability in diagnosing and fixing common PC issues. You will understand how core components work together, what typically fails, and how to approach faults safely and efficiently.
In mentor-led sessions, you will work through practical scenarios drawn from real support tickets, including no power, no display, random shutdowns, overheating, storage faults, and peripheral failures. You will practise evidence gathering, safe testing steps, and clear documentation so your work is repeatable and workplace-ready.
Across three intensive days, you will build a toolkit of methods, checklists, and templates to help you isolate faults, recommend upgrades, and complete repairs with confidence. Aligned with recognised best practices including ISO, GDPR, NIST and SOC 2, ensuring skills remain practical and deployable in real organisations. All prices are exclusive of VAT (where applicable). Group enrolments and custom packages available.
